VideoMax II – Frequency Conversion / Rotation Engine

The VideoMax II converts:

  • From: Any DVI input resolution, at any frequency.
  • To: Any DVI output resolution, at any frequency.

Description

The VideoMax II converts:

  • From: Any DVI input resolution, at any frequency.
  • To: Any DVI output resolution, at any frequency.
  • Input source synchronisation is always maintained.
  • Any DVI-SL input can also be rotated from landscape to portrait.

The VideoMAX II Hardware Engine works by buffering the video as raw RGB video in hardware. The video is then re-timed and forwarded, without loss, with the desired resolution. The benefit of using a completely hardware engine is that the conversion and rotation functions are performed in real-time.
